NEC Business Advantage is valid for small to medium businesses with under 200 employees. Companies must be located in the US or Canada.

Once your company enrolls, and is approved for NEC Business Advantage, your company is eligible to earn NEC Rewards on selected NEC product purchases.  To view the list of eligible products for NEC Rewards, visit the program home page as this is updated monthly. 

You will secure a different login user name and password for the NEC Rewards claiming process. 

The NEC Rewards program allows you to register your purchases where you can earn points.  These points can be redeemed for NEC’s most popular LCDs, projectors and accessories. Each time a company registers an eligible product, they will get the point value associated with that product. 

	Only approved NEC Business Advantage companies are eligible to participate in the NEC Rewards program.  To enroll in NEC Business Advantage, visit http://businessadvantage.necdisplay.com/.
	You have 90 days from purchase date to register your products. (i.e. for May 1 Rewards, you have until August 30 to claim).  NEC Rewards points accrued will expire 3 years from activation date.
	The NEC Rewards products may change at any time. NEC Display Solutions reserves the right to add eligible products, subtract eligible products, and raise or lower amount of points during the eligible months.  NEC reserves the right to modify the terms of this offering at any time.
	This offering is void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws.
	NEC Display Solutions reserves the right to make corrections or adjustments, if necessary, to balances on the card, if audit determines this necessary.  NEC Display Solutions determination of eligibility shall be final.
	All audited web submitted claims must also include a copy of the sales invoice along with the web claim number or printable cover sheet. The invoice must show the invoice number, the date purchased, and must include a statement of qualifying products purchased.
	Duplicate claims will not be processed nor will NEC Display Solutions allocate in any way claims among multiple participants.
	You will not for any purpose be considered an employee or agent of NEC Display Solutions. Participation in this program will not be construed as granting you any rights under NEC Display Solutions employee benefit plan or otherwise. You will never make any claim, or assist anyone else in making such a claim, to the contrary.
	NEC Display Solutions reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to process and/or pay a particular claim. Failure to comply with requests for additional information and/or failure to provide requested documentation will result in termination from the program.
	Any falsification of claim form automatically eliminates individual from the program.
	You are responsible for all federal, state or local taxes.  You will receive an IRS 1099/T4A form.
